Quick and easy Ravioli Lasagna
1 lb ground beef. We used lean hot Italian sausage.
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
1 container ricotta cheese. We used fat free.
1 lg egg.
3/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese.
3/4 cup fat free shredded mozzarella cheese.
18 oz ravioli. We used portabella and cheesed stuffed squares.
2 cans marinara sauce. We used, 1, 15 oz can pizza sauce. 1, 15oz can spaghetti sauce.

preheat oven to 350.
Brown meat in pan.
Add pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce.

Combine spinach, egg ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese in a bowl.

We used frozen ravioli, so it needed to be cooked first.

Spread a small amount of sauce in bottom of greased dish.

Add a layer of ravioli, using half .

Cover with half of the meat sauce.

Spread the spinach sauce, and then repeat with ravioli.

Top with remaining sauce, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
