Roasting veggies gives them an entirely different flavor.
1 large head of cauliflower, broken onto 1-in. florets.
2 Tbsp olive oil.
1 tsp smoked paprika.
3/4 tsp. salt.
2 garlic cloves, minced. Or 2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley.
1. Place cauliflower in a bowl. Mix oil, paprika, garlic and salt. Drizzle over cauliflower; toss to coat.
Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan.
Bake, uncovered at 450 for 20-25 minutes or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with parsley.
